University of Benin Congratulates Otuaro on Appointment as PAP Administrator

The Department of Political Science at the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria, has congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro on his recent appointment as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

Dr. Otuaro’s appointment by President Bola Tinubu on March 15 marks a significant milestone in the efforts to address youth restiveness in the Niger Delta region.
