His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro, the deputy governor of Delta State, at the weekend, during his visit to the Nigerian Prisons in Warri, disclosed that for over 12 years he has been ministering to inmates of the prisons.

Deacon Otuaro, who is a minister and a member of Christ Embassy (a.k.a LoveWorld), was accompanied by Pastor Yomi Morakinyo, who represented Rev (Dr) Eddy Owase, the pastor in charge of Christ Embassy, Warri ministry centre; Rev. Bernard Omoko (CPS), OPS, in charge of Nigerian Prisons, Warri; Sir Solomon Oriane, Deputy Controller of Nigerian Prisons, Warri; Rev. Patrick Uhickhifun; and a host of others.

Deacon Otuaro while reiterating the fact that he’s not new to the prison encouraged the inmates to look up to God no matter their situation in life.

In his message to the inmates, Otuaro said, “As many of you may know, I am Deacon Kingsley Otuaro, and many of you know me in here as the minister of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.  I have been coming here to minister for over 12 years, the gospel to the brethren, and all through over 12 years, God Almighty has been faithful. So, I am not strange here.

“I have only come in today to congratulate you and also to bring you God’s blessing as to climax the year 2018. A great year indeed; the year of the supernatural where God Himself has done so much for us.

“So our purpose here today is to leverage on this season to bless God’s children and to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year in advance, and to say God Almighty, who rules in the affairs of your life is with you; the Word of God is capable to answer all the unanswerable questions you have in your heart, that’s God’s Word for you.”

He assured the inmates that God’s Word remains the answer to their questions and the solutions to their problems, hence they should trust in Him always, as he promised them more of such visits urging them to attend.

“God’s Word is the answer to every one question. You are here; you know the reason for what you are here; whether it is justified or unjustifiable, God knows and God’s Word will set you and deliver you, that’s what we know. So whatever you desire, God bless you.

“We love you and we will keep coming.  You know, as a ministry the authorities have given us the opportunity to be coming here every Wednesday. So try as much as you can to attend. We want to thank you and wish you a Merry Christmas. God bless you,” he added.

The highlight of the visit was the prayer  session for inmates who surrendered their lives to Christ and the distribution of bags of foods along with other items to the inmates.
