Mrs. Yellow Ogida, the mother of a Warri-based businessman and the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of Jimco Global Resources Limited, Jimmy Ogida, is dead.
Mrs Ogida died in the early hours of Friday after a brief illness in an undisclosed hospital in Warri, Delta State.
She died at the age of 70.
A source close to the family told GbaramatuVoice that the family will soon release an official statement on the death of their matriarch.
The source added that a condolence register has since been opened at Jimmy Ogida’s residence in Nigercat, Effurun, Warri, Delta State.
She was survived by five children including Jimmy Ogida, and close relations, among others
It would be recalled that Mr. Jimmy who’s firm, Jimco Global Resources Limited, is a major player in the nation’s Oil and Gas Sector, lost his father, Chief Seiya Ogida, a few years ago.
