The Delta State Government has commenced the evacuation of persons living with mental disorder from roads in Warri, Effurun and other parts of State to rehabilitation centre.
Mrs Florence Alatan, State Commissioner for Women Affairs, Community and Social Development led a team on Wednesday morning to carryout the assignment.
