Tompolo’s Tantita begins 12-day efficiency driven staff training (PHOTOS)

As part of efforts to increase staff efficiency and quality delivery, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, TSSNL, a frontline indigenous security company owned by High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, aka Tompolo, on Monday began a 12-day operational training for staff at the company’s well fitted training ground located in Oporoza, the ancestral headquarters of Gbaramatu kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta state.
A ranking staff of the organization told GbaramatuVoice correspondent who witnessed the flag off ceremony that the training has become a periodic ‘ritual’ facilitated by best brains in the security sector from within and outside the country.
Aside from scaling staff for optimum quality delivery, Tantita Security noted that the programme is targeted at enhancing staff understanding of operational processes and procedures, developing skills required for efficient execution of operational tasks, promoting teamwork and alliance among the staff while ensuring compliance with regulations, standards that will foster overall improvement operational performance and accomplishment.
GbaramatuVoice reports that Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, TSSNL, is a famous security company in the country that among other areas of interests specializes in the protection of high priced crude oil exploration and production facilities in the nation’s up, mid and downstream petroleum sector.
The newspaper also gathered that it was in line with this known capacity that partially explains why the Federal Government through the instrumentality of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, (NNPCL), about a year, precisely in August 2022, bestowed Nigeria’s crude oil pipeline surveillance contract to the organization.
Information from the public disposal reveals that Tompolo’s Tantita has not disappointed in this mandate.
It has made stunning discoveries about oil theft and illegal crude oil refining in the Niger Delta region and brought the menace down to its barest minimum. Tantita’s effort in securitizing the crude oil facilities, created jobs for the teaming youths from the region while improving the environmental condition of the region.
