It was celebration galore in Warri as indigenes and non-indigenes, one after the other besieged the home of Niger Delta philanthropist, Entrepreneur and business mogul, Mr. Brown Odeworitse Tesigimoje in Ugbuwangue, Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, to collect their food items in the spirit of Christmas and New Year celebration.
No fewer than 5,000 families benefited from the foodstuff distribution exercise by the philanthropist to eradicate hunger during and after the yuletide season.
GbaramatuVoice reports that Mr. Brown is a typical phenomenon, who would easily be described as charity begins from home icon, and indeed has been putting smile on the faces in his family, kindred, village, town, state, Niger Delta and indeed Nigeria at large.
The Chairman/CEO of Gimbrowns Marine Security Oil and Gas Limited popularly called Gimbrown by his numerous admirers thought it wise to reach out to his people and community at this critical moment in the history of the world as we battle the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Brown who has always been in the forefront of empowering the youths, widows and the less privilege for the past 10 years rose to the occasion on the eve of the new year to complement government efforts by distributing food items such as 300 bags of rice, cartons of Indomie and gallons of groundnut oil.
Odeworitse has always added value to his people and making life better for them not for political gain because he’s not contesting for any post but just to give back to the society and put smile on their faces.
In an exclusive chat with GbaramatuVoice, the philanthropist, Mr. Odeworitse, said that he was moved to remember the less privileged, old women, widows and physically challenged this yuletide because it is a season of giving and showing love as he loves giving back to society.
Some of the beneficiaries thanked the donor for his kind heart and prayed that God will continue to enrich his pocket.
Thanks to Gimbrown for his large heart and timely Philanthropist interventions.
