The Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources has screened and confirmed Capt. John Tonlagha as a Member/Executive Commissioner, Safety, Health Environment and Community, Nigerian Upstream Regulatory Commission, today, 12th April, 2022.
Other members also screened and confirmed include Dr. Nuhu Habib, Member/Executive Commissioner Development and Production; Dr. Kelechi Onyekachi Ofoegbu, Member/Executive Commissioner, Economic Regulations and Strategic Planning; and Mr. Jide Adeola, Corporate Services and Administration.

It will be recalled that President Muhammadu Buhari had, on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 appointed Executive Commissioners of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, NUPRC.
