The member representing Southern Ijaw Federal Constituency of Bayelsa State State, Hon. Preye Influence Oseke, had on Saturday, flagged off his Zonal Intervention Project (ZIP) 2020 multi-million Naira empowerment scheme in Yenagoa, the State Capital.
The empowerment items distributed include; conditonal cash transfers, cars, fishing nets, canoes, sewing mechines, business center/cyber cafe equipments, hairdressing and barbing equipments, GSM repairs equipments, welding equipments, etc.
