Dr. Shadrack Otuaro on Saturday, 19 June 2021, took the oath of office as the Executive Chairman of Okerenkoko Federated Community at the Community Civic Centre in Okerenkoko town, Gbaramatu kingdom, Delta State.
The Civic Centre was filled to capacity during the inauguration.
Dignitaries in attendance include the Minority Leader of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu; Hon. Julius Pondi, Member, Federal House of Representatives, Burutu Federal Constituency; The Pere of Gbaramatu kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oboro-Gbaraun II, Aketekpe, Agadagba (Represented by High Chief P.T. Heavens); Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, member representing Warri South West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly; Dr. Shadrack Agediga, Executive Director, DESOPADEC; Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, Commissioner, DESOPADEC; Gbaramatu Traditional Council, among others.
Others sworn in to pilot the afairs of the oil-rich community for a period of four years are, Hon. Segun Mulade, Vice Chairman; Andrew Bebenimibo, Secretary General; Amb. John Dekawei Public, PRO; Comrade Stanley Adebayo, Assistant Secretary; Mr. Samuel Ijeleba, Assistant PRO; Mr. John Sokoto, Treasurer; Ms Beauty Johnny, Financial Secretary; Goodluck Sinwa, Auditor; Mr. Amos Ekpebide, Chief Organiser and James Governor, Assistant Organiser.
