His Royal Majesty, Oboro Gbaraun II (Aketekpe, Agadagba), the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom, has given his royal blessings to the 3rd Anniversary/Award Dinner of Niger Delta foremost newspaper, GbaramatuVoice that is billed for Tuesday, September 11th, 2018, at the KFT Place in Warri.

This was made known during the recent visit of GbaramatuVoice media team, led by the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Jacob Abai, to His Royal Majesty at his palace in Oporoza town, headquarters of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta state.

Briefing His Royal Majesty on the purpose of the visit, Mr. Abai informed His Majesty who is slated to be the Royal Father of the Day on the forthcoming programme that has the former governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan as chairman; the three governors of Bayelsa, Delta and Rivers as award winners and other prominent guests.

His Majesty encouraged the team not to relent in the pursuit of the goals of the organisation while offering royal blessings on them.

The highlight of the visit was the presentation of a souvenir to His Royal Majesty by the visiting team received by the Perediwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Chief Julius Tonfawei.
