Barrister Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, the Deputy Governor of Delta State has won the Independent award for Peace Ambassador of the NIger Delta.
At the event which held on Saturday, March 7, 2019, at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, the elated deputy governor expressed profound gratitude to the management of Independent Newspapers, stating that the award would spur him on to do more of what he was recognised for.
