The deputy governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Torububor 1, Agbonu JP, the Ebenanaowei of Ogulagha kingdom, on the 16th anniversary of his accession to the throne.
In a statement on Friday, Otuaro said: “It is an honor for me, Barr. (Dcn) Kingsley Otuaro, Deputy Governor of Delta State, to send personal greetings to Your Majesty on the sixteenth anniversary of your accession to the very esteemed throne of your fathers.
“I wish at the same time to express my hope that the people of Ogulagha kingdom will continue for, many years to come, to benefit from your wise and courageous leadership which has been so vital a factor in inspiring development, peace and progress to your kingdom.
The Deputy Governor added: “Once again, Happy Anniversary and Congratulations, your majesty,” he concluded.
