Otuaro receives surprise birthday cake from GbaramatuVoice [Photos]

The management and staff of GbaramatuVoice, the Niger Delta leading and most trusted newspaper, today, presented a well baked cake to the Deputy Governor of Delta State – His Excellency, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, on his 53rd birthday.

The presentation was done by no less a personality than the Publisher – Jacob Abai and his team at his country home in Okerenkoko, Gbaramatu kingdom.

Highlight of the occasion was the cutting of the cake with the management of GbaramatuVoice.

The elated Deputy Governor thanked the Publisher and his crew effusively and gave God thanks for allowing him mark another year in good health.

The Publisher, Abai said he was being presented the cake because of his good works which have impacted so positively on the people of Delta State, and urged him to keep up the good work.
