Ondo APC suspends rallies as scarcity of petrol, redesigned naira notes bite harder

The ondo state chapter of all progressive congress (APC) on Tuesday February 6, 2023, ordered the immediate suspension of rallies in all it structures across the state.
State APC Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin explained that the decision is in sympathy with residents of the state over the current financial and fuel crisis in the country.

The party therefore, directed party Chairman and Director General at all levels within the chapter to suspend rallies, in sympathy with the masses.
The party Chieftain expressed regrets that the country is experiencing unusual cost of pump price of fuel and shortage of cash at the present moment.
He argued that the people of Ondo state have the right to be angry, and express same over the unfortunate development.
He acknowledged the tireless efforts of the state governor Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu-led administration to ameliorate the harsh situation, and ensure security of residents of the sunshine state. #
