The ceremony, part of the 25th anniversary of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), featured the commissioning of key health and education projects, including the renovated Otuasega Cottage Hospital and a new Community Secondary School.
Hosted by Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, MD/CEO of NDDC, the event was graced by top dignitaries such as Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, Federal Ministers, National Assembly Members, wives of State Governors, and members of the NDDC Board.
