In its painstaking effort to ensure that nothing is left to chance in its soon-to-be-held top-of-the-shelf beauty pageant, Face of Gbaramatu International Beauty Pageant 2019, the organisers of the showstopper, Niger Delta leading newspaper, GbaramatuVoice, have picked a reigning beauty queen as the pageant’s creative director.
While announcing the appointment of legal practitioner, entrepreneur and 2018 Miss Africa World pageant winner, Queen Elizabeth Peremobo-ere Tonghan as the pageant’s creative director, Jacob Abai, the CEO of the newspaper outfit averred that the choice of the Niger Delta born beauty queen was not only right but timely as she would bring her chain of experience to bear on the success of the show.
“The choice of Queen Elizabeth Peremobo-Ere Tonghan is right and timely. She has the requisite qualification and even experience to make the show a talk-of-the-town.
“Her presence will ensure instill a whole lot of confidence in participants, partners and sponsors alike.
“We are expecting to organise a pageant that would attract over 4000 participants, partners, sponsors and audience and to ensure that nothing goes wrong, a person of Queen Elizabeth’s stature should be in a pole position to make it work.”
Abai hinted that in a couple of days more appointments would be made to kick-start the show.
