JUST IN: Ekanpou Enewaridideke released from Police custody

The Nigeria Police Force in Ovwian/Aladja Police Division in Udu Local Government Area of Delta state, has released Niger Delta journalist, activist and poet, Ekanpou Enewaridideke, from its detention.

GbaramatuVoice learnt that the police at the Ovwian Police Division granted bail to Ekanpou after serious backlash over his arrest over a recent publication on Ayakoromo bridge project in Burutu Local Government Area.

The Police released him at about 9:30p.m. on Saturday.
