A delegation from the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) paid a courtesy visit to Izisco Obos Institute of Maritime Studies and Technology in Warri, Delta State on Tuesday November 5, where they discussed opportunities for collaboration on capacity-building with the Managing Director, Capt. Isaac Oyazi Seide.
ITF team was led by Senior Training Development Officers (STDOs), Mr. Ishaya Felix and Ajewole Emmanuel.
The ITF, it would be recalled, was established in 1971 and helps generate a corps of skilled indigenous manpower to manage various sectors of the economy.
