[BREAKING] Ijaw record-breaking student bags direct UK PhD scholarship

Engr. Fetimi Balogun Bebetebe, the best graduating student and first class graduate of University of Cebu, Philippines, is starting his year on a very good foot as he was awarded scholarship to study PhD Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering in University of Strathclyde Glassgow, Scotland in UK without Master’s Degree.

The Ijaw record-breaking student who hailed from Egbema and Gbaramatu Kingdoms in Delta state was sponsored by the federal government under the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) to go for his Bsc in Marine Engineering at the University of Cebu, Philippines.
