Tuomo Kingmakers Council today selected a retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Francis Fedode Emomotimi Tabai (CON), as Pere of Tuomo Kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, saying they followed due process in picking him.
