DELTA: Rival cult clashes put indigenes of Orhohworun town, other communities on edge

The country home of ex-Governor James Ibori of Delta State, Oghara, has been thrown in pandamonium as a headless body of a woman was found yesterday.

Eye witnesses told GbaramatuVoice that the shocking discovery was made early hours of yesterday, May 2, 2019.

The woman who was said to be in her late 50s, the headless body was said to have been found in her house made of mud at Maroko area of Oghara, Ethiope West Local Government Area of the state.

It was gathered that the remains were deposited in a morgue by the Oghara Police Division.

Checks revealed that the tragedy was coming barely 7 months there were several beheading of persons which the locals described as “beheading for ritual purposes.”

The Ovie of Oghara Kingdom, HRM Noble Eshimetan, Orefe III, however condemned the yesterday’s mayhem.

While confirming the incident, the King showed apprehension over the shoddy act.
