The management of GbaramatuVoice, the Niger Delta leading and most trusted newspaper, has launched a new campaign to build support for fixing of the 46.5km abandoned Udo-Ofunama road awarded by Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, since 2012 in Ovia South West Local Government Area of Edo State.
The road poses grave danger to residents in Egbema and other Ijaw communities.
The campaign dubbed ‘OPERATION NDDC FIX ODO-OFUNAMA ROAD’ is asking Niger Deltans and the public to join the media institution in their efforts to rally support to compel NDDC management to fix the abandoned road.
