In line with its commitment towards enhancing academic performance of pupils, Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation, EBF, on Tuesday, equipped Local Authority Primary SchooL, Bolowoghu in Ese Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State with educational materials such as schoolbags, notebooks and writing materials.
The foundation presented the materials to the school authority, stressing that this is an integral part of their activities.
The team of volunteers was led by the Executive President, Dcn. Ernest Bebenimibo. He noted that the core aim of the outreach is to encourage kids to stay in school.
He explained that as son from the creeks of the Niger Delta, he is passionate about encouraging kids in the region to take their education seriously as the future is bright for the educated one.

“EBF had in previous years carried similar educational outreach along the riverine communities in Delta State. This is the first official educational outreach outside Delta state which took place at one of the Niger Delta riverine communities of Ondo State.
“Our mandate as an organization is to reach to as much as we can within and outside Niger Delta, Nigeria and Africa at large,” he added.
In acknowledgement, the Headmaster of the school, Mr Boluwaji Omosehin stated that this is the first time ever for them to receive an NGO from outside their state to reach out to the kids.
He appreciated all who facilitated the move.
