Final Farewell: PAP Administrator Otuaro’s Father-in-Law Set for Burial in Gbaramatu

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD, is set to lay his father-in-law, Late Chief Capt. Felix Bebekemiaye Adurumokumo Ekpetipu, to rest. The deceased, a highly respected figure in Kokodiagbene Town, Gbaramatu Kingdom, Delta State, was the father of Otuaro’s wife, Chief Ebimoboere Otuaro.

The funeral arrangements, as announced by the Ekpetipu family of Ebiabo Quarters, Kokodiagbene, and the Ibime and Ode families of Opuede Town, both in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta State, will span two days, honoring the life and legacy of the late patriarch, who passed away at the age of 82.

The burial proceedings will begin with a Service of Songs scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 4 PM at 10 Apala Street, Okumagba Layout, Warri.

On Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 7 AM, the body will depart Save Haven Mortuary, Op Robinson Plaza, Okumagba Avenue, in a grand motorcade. The procession will move via Miller Waterside, NPA, before heading to his hometown, Ebiabo Quarters, Kokodiagbene.

Later that evening, at 7 PM, the burial rites will take place, followed by entertainment of guests as family, friends, and well-wishers gather to pay their final respects.

The burial ceremony is expected to attract dignitaries, traditional rulers, and community members who will come together to celebrate the life and contributions of Late Chief Capt. Felix Bebekemiaye Adurumokumo Ekpetipu.
