Dagogo was declared wanted by Governor Wike on Wednesday for allegedly hiring thugs to attack the PDP secretariat in the state capital.
The aspirant had earlier denied the allegation and accused the governor of plotting to stop him from appearing before the screening committee headed by the former Kaduna State governor, Ahmed Makarfi.
According to his media aide, Ibrahim Lawal, Governor Wike had boasted during the Church Thanksgiving Service in honour of Justice Mary Odili on May 8, 2022, that all bail applications for Hon. Dagogo will be resisted.
True to this boast which Lawal alleges was broadcast live, the bail order granted the Federal Lawmaker on May 12, 2022 by a Federal High Court sitting in Port-Harcourt have so far been frustrated.
