The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has been described as a visionary leader whose dedication to public service continues to inspire progress in Warri South West Constituency and Delta State.
In a congratulatory message, Rt. Hon. Ekpemupolo Idukedoumene Samuel, Leader of the Warri South West Legislative Arm, commended the Speaker’s leadership, highlighting his contributions to governance and development.
