His Royal Highness, Rufus Olarewaju Ajayi Ogidi Olu, Obagbaja Arolagbade II, the
Oba of Gbomina-Ekiti, Ekiti State, has on behalf of his subjects felicitated and Rejoiced with His Royal Majesty, the Pere of Gbaramatu kingdom as he (Pere) marks his one year anniversary on March 15th, describing the Pere as a quintessential, and perspicacious king.
According to Oba Ogidi Olu, the Pere is a blessing to Gbaramatu kingdom and her people at large.
He said the people of Gbomina-Ekiti are proud to be associated with Gbaramatu people, while noting that, from all what he observed when he came for the presentation of staff of office to the Pere, the Gbaramatu people are civilized, contrary to what some people from far distance believe.
HRH, Oba Ogidi Olu prayed God to strengthen the cord of love between Gbaramatu and Gbomina-Ekiti kingdoms, as he wished the king long life on the throne of his ancestors.
