A Niger Delta group, Creek Dragons has threatened to force Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State to account for the 50% of the N100 billion of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) 13% derivation funds he deprived the commission.
The group in a document released to GbaramatuVoice on Tuesday and signed by its National President, Gen. Freedom Adowei, noted that Governor Okowa is gradually milking DESOPADEC dry with his questionable activities in the commission.
