Edevbie had challenged the authenticity of academic credentials of Oborevwori.
Oborevwori who won the primary election, approached the Court of Appeal where the judgement of the lower court was upturned in his favour.
Dissatisfied with the verdict, Edevbie filed an appeal at the apex court.
At the last sitting of the Supreme Court, judgment was reserved on the matter for October 21.
A report has it that the development has made party members pitch their tents with either Edevbie camp or Oborevwori camp as their preferred candidate.
