The Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has emerged winner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primary election in the state.

Oborevwori beats 13 other governorship aspirants to pick the governorship ticket of the PDP.
