BREAKING: Delta police confirm arrest of Presidential Amnesty students’ leader, Patrick Padiayefa
The Police Command in Delta state on Tuesday confirmed the arrest of Ovie Patrick Padiayefa, leader of the Presidential Amnesty students, who led other colleagues in a peaceful protest at Novena University, Ogume, over fake admission.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident to GbaramatuVoice on phone, says he was arrested and not kidnapped.
The police spokesperson said, “He was arrested and not kidnapped. As I’m speaking with you, he is with us in Asaba here. For now. When asked why he was arrested, he said: “I don’t have the details yet”
It had earlier been reported that the student leader was kidnapped at the Udu expressway, Udu Local Government Area, on Tuesday morning.
