Barely 24 hours after hosting Efe Ejeba, winner of Big Brother Naija reality TV show, the speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya has been impeached.
He was reportedly sacked at the early hours on Thursday.
Reasons for his impeachment was still unknown at the time of filling in this report.
Meanwhile, lawmaker representing Okpe constituency, Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has been elected as the new speaker.
