Bayelsa Governorship Election: INEC Announces Complete Results for All 8 LGAs

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has concluded the collation of results for the Bayelsa Governorship Election at its State Collation Centre in Yenagoa.

GbaramatuVoice reports that INEC had scheduled Saturday, November 11, 2023, for the off-cycle governorship elections in Bayelsa, Imo, and Kogi States.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), All Progressives Congress (APC), and the Labour Party (LP) are the main contenders in the Bayelsa State governorship election.

Here are the results for the 8 local government areas:

●LP: 22 votes
●PDP: 18,465 votes

●Total Registered Voters: 65,364
●Accredited Voters: 24,171

●Rejected Votes: 141
