Baylesa State was created 1st October 1996, from old Rivers State.
Few days to go, the State will be celebrating its 20 years anniversary. What is your opinion on the state so far with particular reference to development in areas like
Infrastructure, human capital development, policies, educational standard, electricity, economy, consolidating democracy, meeting the need of the people, and the governance of the State so far.
