All is now set for the official inauguration of the Gbaramatu Iron Benders, Plumbers and Masons Association holding at Oporoza in Gbaramatu, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
A statement signed by Engr. Sunday Abai, Chairman and Mr . Godspower Odogun, PRO, on behalf of the association, indicates that the inauguration ceremony will be performed by the Fiyewei of Gbaramatu, High Chief Godspower Gbenekama JP and; Hon. George Ekpemupolo, former Chairman Warri South West Local Government Council, will be the chairman of the occasion.
Among those invited to grace the occasion included various communities’ chairmen, youth presidents, leaders, women groups and chiefs.
Gbaramatu Iron benders, Plumbers and Masons Association was founded and registered with Federal Government of Nigeria to protect and promote the interest and welfare of workers in Gbaramatu kingdom; to foster and promote peace and progress amongst GIPMA and to also protect the interest of all members; to essentially bring all iron benders, plumbers and masons both young and old in peace and unity, to encourage youths and less privileged in skill acquisition.
