The Council of Amananaotu of Otuan, Amatolo, Amassoma, Uhweru, Ibedeni, Tantua, and the good people of the ancient Ogboin Clan cordially invite the public to a grand celebration of the 20th Coronation Anniversary of His Royal Majesty (HRM) King Oweipa Jones-Ere (JP), III, Ebenanaowei of Ogboin Clan.
The celebration will be held on 8th June, 2024, starting at 12 noon prompt, at the Ogboin-Tu Royal Palace, Ogbopina-Ama, Amassoma, Southern Ijaw LGA, Bayelsa State.
HRM King Oweipa Jones-Ere was coronated as the 3rd Ebenanaowei of Ogboin Clan on 4th June, 2004. The Ogboin Clan, which includes the communities of Amassoma, Otuan, and Amatolo, will come together to honor two decades of his dedicated and impactful leadership.
This momentous occasion promises to be a splendid celebration of tradition, unity, and cultural heritage, reflecting on the progress and achievements under King Oweipa Jones-Ere’s reign.
