The Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, on Monday, visited Ughelli to seek the support of delegates from Delta central senatorial district ahead of the May 23 governorship primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Amid cheers and chants of solidarity, Otuaro addressed the party delegates, leaders and stakeholders, at the Wetland Hotel in Ughelli.
