All Progressives Congress Governors (APC) from the Northern part of the country have asked aspirants from the region to resign from the presidential race.

This is as they backed the transfer of power to the South.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the governors on Saturday night in Abuja.
GbaramatuVoice had reported that Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello; and Jigawa State Governor, Mohammed Badaru, are in the presidential race.
