Mr George Akaghoro, who has been a gate man for over 60 years at the Urhobo Cultural Centre, Okere road in Warri, Delta State, has been honoured by the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU).
Mr Akaghoro was honoured by the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU) with a plaque on Friday as part of activities to mark the Union’s 90th anniversary.
Akaghoro was among 55 other prominent sons and daughters of the Urhobo nation honoured during the award ceremony that was held at Urhobo Cultural Centre, Uvwiamuge-Agbarho, Ughelli North Local Government Area of the State.
