Former President Goodluck Jonathan, has arrived Accra, the capital city of Ghana, with the ECOWAS – CEDEAO Mediation Team to brief the 59th Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government on the situation in the Republic of Mali.
