Gbaramatu students under the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) sponsored scholarship scheme to study at Arab Academy for Science and Technology, College of Marine Transportation in Egypt, had send a cry of help to the Delta state deputy governor, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro and other indigenes of the Kingdom, on the completion of their compulsory training.
