According to him, Burutu definitely, will key into the SMART Agenda. “Today, we have 305 employees now working in Burutu I employed them under six months, health center, water project and electricity everyday.

“All those are the jobs under 100 days in office which I commissioned, and by God’s grace today we just key into the SMART Agenda.

“Because health is wealth, we bought health equipment that can cover more than ten health centers, still in store to be distributed. So, we are moving forward.

“Definitely, if you are working in Delta State as a council chairman, you have to key into SMART Agenda and that is what we have done as a result of a good governor who cares about the people and it is the responsibility of local government chairmen to emulate the footsteps of the governor at the grassroots in addressing their common needs.
