…promises to vote all PDP candidates come 2019

A professional body known as the Izon-Ibe Welders and Fitters Association (Ogbo), Delta State Chapter, in a congratulatory message to flag bearers of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has said that the former Vice President, His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, as the presidential candidate of the party, would harp on his business experience to take Nigeria to the zenith.

In the congratulatory message signed by Chief George Timiyan (Chairman), Comrade Ebi Brain Iseru (Vice Chairman) and Mr. Adekeme Frank (Secretary General) and made available to GbaramatuVoice, it said the Delta state governor and his deputy, their Excellencies, Ifeanyi Okowa and Barr. Kingsley Otuaro respectively, deserve a second term for the infrastructural developments initiated by the government in the riverine areas, first of its kind in the history of the state.

Part of the statement reads, “We the Izon-Ibe Welders and Fitters Association (Ogbo), Delta State Chapter, deem it fit, to congratulate all the successful aspirants of PDP primary election which are now candidates.

“We congratulate the former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, who is now the flag bearer of PDP, because we know very well that Atiku Abubakar will take Nigeria to the next level as a good business man who knows how to manage resources.

“We say big congratulations to our dear governor of Delta state, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, and his deputy, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro.

“We the professional body strongly believe that they deserve a second tenor, because for the past years in the riverine communities, especially Gbaramatu, Ogulagha, Egbema, and other kingdoms, that have not seen any tangible project from the government for the past years, but since Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa emerged as governor of Delta state for 3 years plus, Gbaramatu Kingdom has seen tangible projects that stands for life time; same goes to Ogulagha and other oil producing kingdoms as well.”

While also congratulating Sen. James Manager as candidate representing Delta South Senatorial district; Chief Thomas Ereyetomi, representing Warri Federal Constituency for House of Representatives; and Mr. Emomotimi Guwor representing Warri South West for House of Assembly, the body said,  “A big congratulation to Sen. James Manager (Delta South). We also call on you to play your role in respect of developmental projects in the oil producing kingdoms.

“We say congratulation to Thomas Ereyitomi, House of Representatives, Warri Federal Constituency. We also say a big congratulation to Hon, Emomotimi Guwor, Warri South West Constituency (DSHA) and other successful candidates all over Delta state.”

Continuing, the body promised to mobilise its numerous members to vote for the PDP candidates in the 2019 general elections and appealed to aspirants who lost in the primaries to support those that emerged as flagbearers.
