Niger Delta: University Don Blames Illegal Refineries for Air Pollution

Professor Mmom stated this while delivering a lecture entitled air pollution as a disaster threatening “to envelope the Niger Delta region challenges and prospects” during activities to mark the United Nations international day on sustainable development goals (SDGS) in Port Harcourt.

“Strengthening capacity of civil society to localize, monitor and act for SDGS to stop air pollution” was the theme for this year’s celebration of sustainable development goals (SDGS) within the south south region.
