The general public is hereby informed that the above mentioned organisation has applied to the Corporate Affairs Commission for registration as a non-governmental organisation.
THE TRUSTEES SHALL BE:

- ONYEUKO HENRY
The objectives of the Foundation are established to:
- Conduct, promote, encourage, create awareness, sensitise, advance the environment, and kick against pollution and carryout voluntary cleanup exercise.
- Act, at all times, on behalf of and in the interest of the members and the environment in the local community.
- Have regard to the public interest in its operations; and
- Undertake and or do all such things or activities which are necessary, incidental or conducive to the advancement of these objectives.
Any objection should be forwarded to the Registrar General, Corporate Affairs Commission, Plot 420 Tigris Crescent, off Aguiyi Ironsi Street, Maitama Abuja within 28 days of this publication.
